These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FutCheck website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FutCheck is a free, independent companion app for EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team that provides a player database, market price estimates, a squad builder, SBC solutions, objectives, evolutions, and related tools. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Prices and data are estimates. Market prices and other game data shown on FutCheck are aggregated from publicly observable sources, change constantly, and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Nothing on the Service is financial or trading advice. Always verify prices and information in-game before acting on them, and you are solely responsible for your in-game decisions.

FutCheck is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Electronic Arts Inc. or EA SPORTS. EA SPORTS FC, FIFA, Ultimate Team, club and league names, player names and likenesses, kits, badges, and all related names, logos, and marks are trademarks or copyrighted works of their respective owners. Such content is used on the Service for informational and reference purposes only, and all rights remain with their respective owners.

The FutCheck name, logo, original text, layout, and software are owned by FutCheck and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at support@futcheck.com and we will respond promptly.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any unlawful way or in breach of these Terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data except as expressly permitted.
• Reverse engineer or misuse any part of the Service.
• Infringe the rights of others or misrepresent your affiliation with FutCheck.

FutCheck may offer optional paid memberships. Prices and features are described at the point of purchase, and payments are handled by our third-party payment provider. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change membership features or pricing on a going-forward basis.

The Service may contain advertising and links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your dealings with them are solely between you and the third party.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or price estimate is accurate or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutCheck and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, coins, in-game items, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
