Delete your account
How to delete your FutCheck account and its data, on futcheck.com or in the FutCheck app, what is erased and what is kept.
Last updated: October 24, 2026
Delete it yourself
It takes a minute, on futcheck.com or in the FutCheck app:
- Open My Profile from the menu under your picture, or go to futcheck.com/profile.
- At the bottom, choose Delete account.
- Confirm with your password, or by typing DELETE if you sign in with Google.
The account is deleted at once, and you are signed out on every device, the browser extension included.
If you can't sign in
Forgotten your password? Choose Forgot password when you sign in to set a new one, then delete the account as above.
Otherwise, email support@futcheck.com from the address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is erased
- Your account: email address, name, picture and sign-in.
- The EA accounts you linked, with everything synced from them: club, transfer list, coins, pack history, Evolutions and Gallery progress.
- Your squads, saved tips, invites and invite code, messages, and your community profile, posts, comments and reactions.
- Usage analytics linked to your account.
- Any time left on a pass.
What we keep
- Records of payments (amount, date and the payment provider's reference), with no name, email or account attached, for as long as tax law requires.
- Prices and statistics worked out from many players' data, which never named you.
- If a friend invited you, their record of the reward they earned stays, without your name or EA account.
On your devices
The FutCheck FC browser extension keeps its settings and a copy of your club on your computer. Remove the extension to delete them. Deleting the FutCheck app from your phone removes what it stores there.
